A LITTLE ABOUT ME
A MECHANICAL ENGINEER , WITH MORE THAN 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN 3D DESIGN, AND 1 YEAR AND A HALF SPECIALIZED IN JEWELRY DESIGN AND 3D PRINTERS.

And here are some of my projects with details about the process :

Before
Double-headed Eagle golden ring :
What? A Double-Headed Eagle with a tourmaline black stone.
How?
- Using Signet Ring Advanced in RhinoGold 3D to design the ring characteristics.
- Using Move, ClayTubes, Inflat, Rake and a lot other brushes in ZBrush to design the Eagle and then export it as an OBJ to use in RhinoGold with the ring.
- Using Export as .stl in RhinoGold then open it with Chitubox to add Supports to the file to be printed with the 3D Printer.
Result:
- Using 2 pins in each wing penetrating the ring to be welded in the back of the ring to fix the Eagle.
- a 18k golden ring with about 20 grams.
Flower shaped ring / pendant / earrings:
What?
- Flower shaped ring / pendant / earrings, Gold with diamond and quartz and spinal purple.
How?
- Using Gem On Curve in RhinoGold to put the gems on the surfaces of the flower’s leaves , then using Prong on Surface to add prongs to the gems, then using Gems Cutter after doing Boolean to the whole leaf with prongs.
- Using KeyShot11Render command to after adding the plugin to RhinoGold to export the design directly to KeyShot and then start adding materials and background and lighting to render the design as it shown.
- Using Chitubox to add support and the print the .stl file
Result:
- After the tree of designs is mounted and gold foundry process is done, and the stones were putted in their places, we got this set of jewelry.
Gems Rain
What?
- A Rose-gold ring with a diversity of gems sizes and types.
How?
- Drawing every single gem with its head in a separate layer.
- Using move, copy, rotate to locate the gems on the surface of the ring
- Using Boolean difference to cut the ring borders to show gems head .
- Using Keyshot to render the ring .
- Using chituboxto 3D print the ring .
Result:
- After the gems where putted by the Gems putter , we got this amazing ring.
Clip Earring Three Springs
What?
A clip earring with a hinge , detailed with a line of Emerald and two lines of Diamonds.
How?
- After placing all the gems on the three bases by Gem on Curve command, Using Cutters In Line to do the Halo cut.
- Drawing every single gem with its head in a separate layer.
- Using move, copy, rotate to locate the gems on the surface of the ring
- Using Keyshot to Render the desgin by adding materials and lights .
- Using ChituBox to put the Support to the design and send it to the 3D printer
- After printing the design , curing the peaces with Isopropyl Alcohol then with UV light to be ready to be molded.
Result:
- After the gems where putted by the Gems putter , we got this amazing clip earring.
